Frank Siller is an American businessman and philanthropist. He is the brother of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001. In honor of his brother's sacrifice, Frank Siller founded the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which raises money to support first responders, military veterans, and their families.
